"Re-Volver" was developed as part of the site-specific dance programme of the historical exhibition "1974 & 1944: Athens dances it’s freedom" with the support of the City of Athens / Technopolis and premiered in October 2024.

ABOUT

Semeli is a film maker and photographer based in Athens. Her work has been screened around the world such as at Raindance Film Festival in London where she proudly represented her country, Cyprus. She was awarded Best Director at the International Short Film Festival Cyprus and Best Photographer at the Dance Film Festival Cyprus. She was also recently awarded as Best New Blood at the D&DA Awards in the UK for her exceptional portfolio. In her photography she has worked with Cypriot and UK fashion brands.
